Misc stuff...

The UC Breakers club practices in pretty much a fishbowl, windows on all sides but one.

I got into the airport without having to go through security, which was pretty interesting. Didn't get questioned however, even though I was taking pictures of a lot of stuff.

My ears would still be bleeding had I not remembered my ear plugs...

New Business Cards..

Exciting topic, isn't it?

I'm designing business cards that fold out into a little pinhole camera. So far I have the whole thing planned and have been experimenting with different materials, I'm gonna head to the art store tomorrow to get black card stock, double sided tape and metal foil.

I also might have access to a laser cutting machine through DAAP; I may be tinkering with the idea of making a paper template punch if I can get my hands on a few 10"x 10"x 3/16" steel plates.

Kandi Kids

I hung out with a few friends last night, one of which I would describe as a Candy Kid.

I really think this picture captured her essence. I'd be damned I didn't nail the focus.

More dance stuff

The UC Dance team has been selected from a nationwide base to represent the USA in the world dance championships to compete against 31 other countries, and have asked me to accompany them back to Florida for the competition.

Hopefully I will be able to attend.

They have also started producing this poster with four images for publicity, of which the top two and (I think) the bottom are mine.

Pretty sure the poster was compiled by UC Media Services.

I was also able to get my hands on the PDF from The News Record (http://www.newsrecord.org) for how the images ran on the page.
